Smoked trout, horseradish cream and salad or goat cheese and roasted sweet potato salad. Roasted beef or roasted pork with roasted potatoes, seasonal vegetables and Yorkshire pudding or roulade with steamed seasonal vegetables. Chocolate brownie or sticky toffee pudding.
