Un grand merci à tous ceux qui nous ont soutenus au cours de notre premier mois d'ouverture.
Les commentaires ont vraiment été à la fois fantastiques et humbles dans la même mesure. Au cours du mois de juin, nous vous avons servi plus de 2 800 assiettes de nourriture et nous avons vraiment adoré préparer chacune d'entre elles.
Alors que nous entrons dans l'été, juillet va être un grand mois pour L'Escalier et nous prévoyons deux très grosses annonces au cours du mois.
La première concerne l'utilisation du carré.
Vendredi prochain (8), nous prolongerons la terrasse de L'Escalier jusqu'à la place autour de la fontaine et pour célébrer le fait, nous offrirons gratuitement des canapés Champagne et Fois Gras entre 18h et 19h.
Ce dimanche (10) à partir de 14h, nous serons de retour pour une soirée sur la place, un événement tout l'après-midi et toute la soirée avec de la musique live gratuite et beaucoup de plats délicieux, y compris du méchoui d'agneau rôti entier.

A big thank you to all who have supported us during our first month of opening.
The feedback has truly been both fantastic and humbling in equal measure. During June, we've served over 2,800 plates of food to you and we've genuinely loved preparing every one of them.
As we move into summer July is going to be a big month for L'Escalier and we predict two very big announcements during the month.
The first one is about the use of the square.
This coming Friday (8th) we'll be extending the L'Escalier terrace to the square around the fountain and to celebrate the fact, we'll be offering free Champagne and Fois Gras Canapés between the hours of 18h and 19h.
This coming Sunday (10th) from 14h , we'll be back for soiree in the square, an all afternoon and evening event with free live music and plenty of delicious food including whole roast lamb méchoui.
